Manchester Farms Inc., Dalzell, S.C., said Sam's Club has begun carrying the company's new line of Mini Potato Skin Bite-Size appetizers.

Officials say the new appetizers -- launched for a Sam's holiday season program -- sell under the Manchester Farms brand and only through the club, at least initially. They feature mini Yukon Gold potato skins filled with premium cheddar cheese and bacon toppings. Broader distribution is envisioned.

Manchester Farms says the new offering takes between 8 and 15 minutes to prepare. The Mini Potato Skins are available in a 34-ounce package, each containing 48 pieces or 12 servings, with a suggested retail price of $7.88. The new line joins Manchester Farms' other retail appetizer, bacon-wrapped rotisseries chicken breast pieces.
