FDA: "Pre-market approval" needed for plastic pallets in some food contact conditions

The Food and Drug Administration says processors will need "pre-market approval" before allowing food to come into contact with plastic pallets and/or storage totes that contain decabromodiphenyl. R&FF presents a second exchange on this topic involving an industry query and response.
