The new Kapstone Three-Flap Carton Closing Machine accurately positions, closes and seals three-flap cartons at line speeds of up to150 cartons per minute. The precision servo-driven carton positioning mechanism within the new system ensures reliable, repeatable high-speed production of quality consumer packages at profitable production line speeds. This patent-applied-for technology precisely aligns the leading edge of the carton and the scored foldover front flap during sealing to consistently produce a symmetrical, sealed carton that projects a high-quality image both in retail venues and on consumers’ tables.
