Kraft Foods Inc., Glenview, Ill., said that it broke ground on the expansion of its frozen pizza manufacturing plant in Little Chute, Wis. The new addition will constitute 100,000 square feet of additional space and a new parking lot. The company said the addition will complete in April 2009 and will add about 300 jobs and two new lines.
