Diversified frozen bakery foods and desserts processor AHB Foods, Cherry Hill, N.J., acquired Cemac Foods Corp., a Philadelphia supplier of frozen cheesecakes to charity and private label customers. Terms were not disclosed. AHB said Cemac will remain at its 40,000-sq.-ft. Philadelphia plant and operate under AHB's Classic Cake name. AHB's frozen product line also includes American Harvest Artisan Bread, Bellissimo frozen desserts and Delicacies by Chef Bennett.
