Ingersoll-Rand’s Climate Control Technologies sector introduced its new Environment Management System (EMS), an innovation that includes environmental sampling, consulting, products and services to ensure safer food environments and increased shelf life across the cold chain. EMS can be used in all cold chain environments including food storage, distribution and processing facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, commercial kitchens and transport vehicles and containers.
