Hinds-Bock’s new servo motor stroke adjustment mechanism interfaces with a checkweigher for automatic on-the-fly deposit volume adjustment for increased accuracy, or for adjusting the deposit amount to meet label weight requirements. The servo stroke adjustment mechanism is ideal for those applications where sauce or product is added to a protein portion of varying weights to meet label weight. An upstream checkweigher feeds forward the protein weight, which adjusts the sauce fill amount to accurately make label weight.
