Frozen Mexican foods leaderRuiz Foods Inc., Dinuba, Calif., said it added two new members to its board of directors:Arthur B. DrogueandAngelo R. Iantosca.

“These dedicated individuals come to us from diverse leadership backgrounds each holding a unique, important perspective to the frozen food industry,” said Ruiz Chairman Kim Ruiz Beck. “We are pleased to have them available to work closely and guide the mission, goals and progress of our initiatives.”

Drogue recently retired as Unilever's senior vice president of customer development for the Americas. He also has held positions at Best Foods, Nabisco and General Mills.

Iantosca recently retired as Nestle Prepared Foods' president & CEO. During his career, he has also held positions within Nestle Prepared Foods; specifically, Buitoni North America, Nestle’s Global Food Strategic Business Unit, Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine.

Ruiz said its board also includes Jack Baker, Larry Dalicandro, Bill Henderson, Wayne Partin, Terry Peets and Ruiz family members: Fred Ruiz, Kim Ruiz Beck, Bryce Ruiz, Kelly Ruiz Hanchett and Matthew Ruiz.
