Little Lady Foodssaid it moved its headquarters and expanded its culinary center operations within a new 20,000-square-foot corporate complex in Elk Grove Village, Ill., west of Chicago.

Officials said office relocation frees up space for more plant operations in Elk Grove Village, one of three processing locations. Little Lady processes and supplies premium frozen pizzas, hand-held and gourmet sandwiches for restaurants, and retail operators. It also provides custom product design, creation, and marketing services for private-label customers.

"Our ability to stay focused on our customers' needs through innovation, creative problem solving and consistent service has helped Little Lady Foods attract and maintain long-term relationships with some of the nation's most recognized food manufacturers," said company co-founder John Geocaris.

Geocaris added that accelerated growth also led to several executive additions. They include James B. Sharwarko, chief financial officer; Michael Shepherd, director of supply chain; Neal Pearlman, director of business development; Ray Deeter, operations manager; and Ravi Somanahally, quality assurance manager.
