What’s in a name? There’s quite a story if you’re talking about Philadelphia business owner, actor and musician Tony  "Luke” Lucidonio Jr. Having built an acclaimed Philly sandwich business with his father and brother, Tony Luke also pursued music and acting careers. Now, Rastelli Foods Group, Swedesboro, N.J., is packaging Tony Luke’s sandwich experience in a frozen product to be sold at retail outlets. The company has begun a nationwide rollout of Tony Luke’s frozen 7-inch sandwiches in three varieties: Cheesesteak, Roast Pork and Chicken Cheesesteak. These blast-frozen sandwiches come two per box with heat-and-serve flaky Italian bread rolls and meat that can be microwaved or boiled-in-bag in minutes.
