Eli's Cheesecake Co., Chicago, debuted Single Serve Squared and individual 3-inch cheesecakes, available for the in-store bakery self-service case.

"Small desserts have a huge amount of appeal because they are cute, perfectly sized to guard against over indulgence and by baking with intensely pure ingredients, these mini desserts are so rich and flavorful that a little goes a long way," says Marc Schulman, president.

Single Serve Squared is a line of pre-packaged desserts featuring Red Velvet, Tuxedo, Ricotta, Tira Mi Su and Skinny Original Plain cheesecakes, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel bars, Lemon bars and Dark Chocolate brownie. Each unit ranges from 2.5-3.3 ounces with a suggested retail price of $2.49.

For the service case, Eli’s introduced 3-inch Individual Decorated Cheesecakes. They come in 4- to 5-ounce boxes of Apple Streusel, Belgian Chocolate, Blackberry Mousse, Chocolate Chip, Ricotta and Turtle varieties. They carry a suggested retail price of $3.99.

Also new to the 7-inch dome product line are Chi-Town Cheesecakes, available in Red Velvet Cheesecake and a Fruit Sampler Cheesecake. Each 24-ounce box comes with a suggested retail price of $12.99-$14.99.
