The International Poultry Expo celebrates 65 years of continuous exhibition services to the poultry industry.

IPPE floor 2013

IPPE 2013 is expected to bring in more than 25,000 attendees and feature more than 1,000 exhibitors.

That’s why this year, it’s integrating the International Feed Expo (IFE) and American Meat Institute’s (AMI) International Meat Expo (IME) into one show—the International Production & Processing Expo—bringing together a record of more than 1,150 exhibitors and a projected 25,000-plus attendees on 430,000 square feet.

“The response and excitement for the show has been overwhelming. We thought integrating the shows made sense, and the response has been even better than imagined,” says John Starkey, president of USPOULTRY. “IPPE has instantaneously established itself as the premiere feed and protein event of the western hemisphere.”

IPPE 2013, which takes place Jan. 29-31 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, will highlight the latest technology, equipment and services used in the production and processing of poultry, meat and feed products.

The show will kick off Jan. 29 with an opening reception on the floor from 4-6 p.m.

The expo will also feature dynamic education programs designed to address current industry issues.

The IPPE workshops and educational seminars feature the annual lineup of the International Poultry Scientific Forum, the Animal Agricultural Sustainability Summit and the International Feed Education Program, sponsored by the American Feed Industry Association, Arlington, Va.

Also back by popular demand are the Poultry Market Intelligence Forum and the International Rendering Symposium, sponsored by the National Renderers Association, Alexandria, Va.

New to the show’s team of sessions are:
• Improving Food Safety, Sanitation and Maintenance
• Animal Handling—Focus on Poultry Processing
• Antibiotic Conference—Current Issues for the Poultry & Egg Industry
• USPOULTRY/United Egg Producers Conference on the Future of the U.S. Egg Industry
• Meat & Poultry Research Conference
