CASE ERECTOR LOADER SEALER SYSTEM

An automated solution that combines case erecting and product loading, the Eagle BOXXER case erector loader sealer system meets various pack patterns. After product enters the unit through an in-feed conveyor, it is stacked according to the operator-chosen pack pattern. While product is stacked, a knock-down case is pulled from a hopper and formed. Then, a servo-driven mechanism loads the product into the top, bottom or side of the case, which passes through a set of side belt conveyors to be glued or taped before moving to the next station where the flaps are compressed and sealed.
