Zentis North America, a Plymouth, Ind., a fruit processing company, announced plans to build a new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Idaho that will be capable of producing more than 100 million pounds of product. The new facility is scheduled to be fully operational in the summer of 2014.

“We are extremely proud of our hard-earned reputation in the industry for market leadership in yogurt, specifically our innovative fruit solutions for all-natural yogurts and our relentless focus on quality control,” says Norbert Weichele, chief executive officer. “This investment will allow us to further build upon that reputation and better serve our long-term dairy partners, who depend upon us to help them grow with innovative products that continually delight their consumers.”
