Daily’s Premium Meats, Missoula, Mont., created Cherry Applewood Smoked Center Cut Bacon to commemorate the company's 120th anniversary.
The product comes in 3-slice thicknesses, and comes in 15-pound foodservice cases that are gas-flushed packaged for extended storage and shelf life. Retail stack packs are projected to be available in 2014.
