Hollymatic, Countryside, Ill., expanded its line to now include 15 different grinders to suit varying needs. Hollymatic mixer grinder

From restaurants and supermarkets to large industrial plants, these grinders produce output rates ranging from 375 pounds per hour up to 9,900 pounds per hour. The introductions include five different table top and floor model grinders that have cutting capacities from 375-1,984 pounds per hour.

All styles are made of 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. Each features quick and easy disassembly as well as heavy duty gear drive grinding systems.

The refrigerated table top grinder features a high-power, self-contained cooling system. This state-of-the-art grinder offers 37.5°F constant auto-regulated temperature for fresh ground meat.
