Baskin-Robbins Comes to a Grocers’ Freezer Near You

Baskin-Robbins, Canton, Mass., and Boardwalk Frozen Treats, the Lafayette, Calif.-based sales, marketing and distribution partner for the Baskin-Robbins brand, Baskin Robbins very berry strawberryannounced a partnership to bring a range of packaged ice cream and ice cream bars to the shelves of major retailers across the United States this spring.

“We are excited to partner with Boardwalk Frozen Treats, whose leaders have extensive consumer packaged goods and ice cream experience, to bring our world famous ice cream to major grocery retailers with the launch of our new Baskin-Robbins packaged ice cream and ice cream bars,” says John Fassak, vice president of business development for Dunkin’ Brands, the Canton, Mass.-based parent company of Baskin-Robbins. “Soon, consumers will be able to enjoy Baskin-Robbins’ delicious flavors at home, even if they can’t make it to one of our more than 2,450 ice cream shops across the U.S.”

The new Baskin-Robbins 14-ounce ice cream packages will be available in 16 varieties, including Pralines 'n Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies 'n Cream, Jamoca Almond Fudge, Gold Medal Ribbon, Butter Pecan, Very Berry Strawberry, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate, Nutty Coconut and Rocky Road, as well as rotating seasonal varieties such as Baseball Nut and Strawberry Shortcake. The brand’s ice cream bars will be available in Jamoca, Mint and World Class Chocolate.
