Gordon Food Service, Grand Rapids, Mich., acquired Glazier Foods Co., a leading foodservice distributor headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Founded in 1936 by C.R. “Bob” Glazier, Glazier Foods was originally a frozen foods pioneer. Today, the company delivers a wide range of food products and supplies to a variety of foodservice operators in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and New Mexico.
