Crown Equipment Unveils New Sales, Service Location

Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, Ohio, opened a Crown Lift Trucks sales and service location in Wichita, Kan. The facility brings customers an enhanced Crown Wichita locationconnection with Crown for their material handling product needs, as well as expanded customer service offerings and opportunities for technician and operator training. The 22,000-square-foot facility is located at 2113 Southwest Street, Suite 300.

“We’ve come to know the Wichita market well,” says Mike Tweedie, operations manager. “Based on our prior experience in the area and our deep industry expertise, we’re looking forward to providing businesses in this market with an enhanced level of material handling sales and service. There is something positively different about the Crown Lift Trucks experience that goes beyond just the sale of a forklift.”

The sales and service center features a comprehensive inventory of parts, full-service maintenance department, battery and charger service, rental fleets and forklift remanufacturing. Also, Crown’s Train-the-Trainerand Demonstrated Performance Service Training programs will provide customized lessons and hands-on exercises to connect classroom instruction with real-world application.
