Garden Lites, Jamaica, N.Y., debuted a Cheddar Broccoli Bake, a nutritious dish chock full of broccoli, brown rice and select spices and topped off with cheddar cheese. Bakes offer a richer flavor profile than original Garden Lites Soufflés, while still remaining low calorie at 250 calories or less. Kahiki Foods’ Steam-and-Serve Bag Meals with 870 votes

Kahiki Foods, Inc., Columbus, Ohio, introduced what is said to be the frozen Asian category’s first steam-in-bag meals. Chicken Lo Mein and Chicken Fried Rice serve two and can be prepared in the microwave in less than 10 minutes thanks to the company’s new steam-and-serve bags. Also new is StirFresh Sesame Chicken, which is a meal for two that can be prepared in a skillet or wok in 12 minutes and comes with a sauce packet. Canada-based Ozery Bakery took over the breakfast breads category with Morning Rounds, a wholesome alternative to bagels, English muffins and other breakfast items.
