Over the past four years, PROCESS EXPO has grown total attendance by an unprecedented 198%. This year, the show has surpassed 300,000 net square feet in exhibit space and over 1,000 exhibitors, and continues to evolve as the nation’s leading tradeshow event for the global food and beverage equipment industry.

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA), McLean, Va., presents 2015 PROCESS EXPO, scheduled for Sept. 15-18 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. This global food equipment and technology show, which covers bakery, snacks, dairy, beverage, prepared foods, meat, poultry and seafood sectors, is co-located with the International Dairy Show, presented by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), Washington, D.C., and InterBev Process 2015, presented by NürnbergMesse, Germany.

The PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY educational program, which will consist of over 35 hours of sessions and feature speakers from Kansas State University, Purdue University, Rutgers University, Texas A&M, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Tennessee, Illinois Institute of Technology, Iowa State University, Michigan State University, Ohio State University, UC Davis and University of Wisconsin. Speakers in this program will address critical topics in the food and beverage industry such as food safety, sanitation and innovative technologies in food processing and packaging across all major industry segments.

New equipment and the latest technology in food and beverage processing and packaging will be on display from some of the nation’s largest collection of equipment manufacturers. New processing technologies include food processing, material handling, instrumentation, sanitation, facility management, quality control, environmental and distribution. New packaging technologies include packaging material, fillers and closers, conveyors, detection and checkweighing equipment, robotics, capping and lidding, flavorings and ingredients, sustainable resources and consumer trends.
