Sparks Custom Fabrication, LLC (SCF) announced plans to expand its Adamsville, Tenn., headquarters and manufacturing plant, set to create approximately 140 jobs over the next five years.

SCF specializes in millwork, stainless steel, stone and refrigeration products for the foodservice industry, specifically restaurants, schools, the military and hospitals nationwide.

“This expansion will provide opportunities for SCF to grow our business in the foodservice equipment industry,” says Nathaniel Sparks, president. “The company’s growth is a direct result of our employees’ quality and attention to detail for our customers. We thank the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the city of Adamsville for supporting our efforts to hire and train new employees locally with a specific skill set needed to manufacture our custom-made-to-spec products.”

Expansion plans call for an additional 10,000 square feet to the 100,000-square-foot facility, which opened in 2013.
