Charlotte, N.C.-based A M King Construction Co. will be providing complete design-build services for Aldi’s new distribution facility in Royal Palm Beach, Fla. The project, set on a 45-acre greenfield site, will total 650,000 square feet, including 175,000 square feet of perishable product.
Construction is expected to begin first quarter of 2013.
