Think of it as big flavor in a smaller portion. Bob Evans Farms Inc., Columbus, Ohio, says it is rolling out new Bob Evans single-serving Special Recipe Macaroni and Cheese and Original Mashed Potatoes.

"They're the same homestyle favorites customers know and love, now in a convenient, individual-sized container to enjoy at home," said Elaine Burchfield, marketing manager for Bob Evans foods products. "These mouth-watering sides are made for an on-the-go lifestyle."

Bob Evans says the new sides will be in Kroger grocery stores in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio; as well and Detroit. The sides will also be available to Columbus-area Giant Eagle shoppers.

Each new offering comes with two, six-ounce microwavable containers. They carry a suggested retail of  $3.79 per package and require less than two minutes of preparation.
