Frozen pizza and hand-held entree processor Little Lady Foods, Elk Grove Village, Ill., said it hired industry veteran Brian Demos to lead Little Lady's R&D and technical services departments. CEO Dan Scales said Demos has led large R&D groups at ConAgra Foods and Armour Swift-Eckrich. Little Lady also hired Heather Ronnow to lead the company's human resources department. Ronnow previously was with Rexam Beverage Can, where she managed HR functions for 19 plants.
