TheNational Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association(NFRA), Harrisburg, Pa., said it will host its 19th Annual Executive Conference April 11-13, 2011, at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel & Conference Center in Tempe, Ariz.

Officials say the limited attendee event (restricted to 150 people) will offer latest information on consumer and industry trends and will feature two retail presentations byAlec Covington, president and CEO ofNash Finch Company, andJeff Martin, executive vice president of merchandising and marketing ofAhold USA.

NFRA's featured speaker program includes:

Alec Covington, Nash Finch -- who will deliver a keynote address on Tuesday morning;

Kevin Coupe. MorningNewsBeat.com-- who will use real-life examples -- rooted in consumer behavior, technological change and cultural legacies -- to encourage attendees to embrace change and think strategically rather than tactically;

Darren Seifer, the NPD Group-- who will explore Millennials' behaviors and examine how the industry should respond now that Gen Y has grown up;

David Morse, New American Dimensions-- who will address the "six best practices in ethnic marketing and merchandising;"

Todd Hale, The Nielsen Company-- who will examine the post recessionary consumer and how the changing retail landscape .

Jeff Martin, Ahold USA-- who will deliver the meeting's second retailer keynote address on Tuesday afternoon;

Ford Saeks, Prime Concepts Group-- who will present a" no-nonsense, non-technical approach" to leverage social media to build relationships, protect a brand and grow a business.

NFRA is a non-profit trade association representing all segments of the frozen and refrigerated foods industry.  NFRA sponsors March National Frozen Food Month, June Dairy Month, June/July Ice Cream & Novelties promotion, and October Cool Food for Kids educational outreach program.  NFRA also holds the annual National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Convention in October.
