Consumers know that Omega-3 fatty acids have heart healthy benefits and now they have another easy way to get them - Lean Cuisine Seafood Selection entrees. Each entrée features Alaskan Pollock or farmed Thailand shrimp prepared with vegetables, whole grain pastas, sauces and other toppings. New varieties include Parmesan Crusted Fish, Shrimp Alfredo, Szechuan Style Stir Fry with Shrimp and Tortilla Crusted Fish. Each meal has fewer than 350 calories and 8 grams of fat.
