PalletPal 360

March 8, 2012

The new PalletPal 360 Air level loader from Southworth Products, Portland, Maine, allows operators to build or break down pallet loads with minimal bending, reaching, stretching or walking around.

The unit automatically adjusts the height of pallets as boxes are added or removed. A heavy-duty reinforced rubber air bag maintains the top layer of stacked containers at a convenient height.

The PalletPal 360 Air can accommodate loads from 400 to 4,500 pounds, and the unit’s turntable ring (or optional turntable platform) allows users to rotate the load while standing in the same spot throughout the loading or unloading process.

All of the unit’s components are contained within the diameter of the turntable ring, so users can step closer, allowing full 360-degree access. This makes loading and unloading pallets faster, safer and easier and virtually eliminates lifting and other productivity-robbing, injury-producing movements. The PalletPal 360 Air is also ideal for non-uniform loads.

The unit requires no electrical power. Once the air bag is inflated by shop air or a portable compressor, it can be used anywhere. Plus, fork pockets at the base allow for easy relocation.
