Hungry for that white tablecloth dining experience but don’t want to go out?
Just in time for Lent, SeaPak Shrimp Co., St. Simons Island, Ga., launched SeaPak Culinary Classics, a new four-item line of premium, all-natural fish filets. SeaPak is distributing the line (with suggested retail of $6.88) at Wal-Mart stores nationwide. Varieties include Asian Sesame Salmon, Dijon Crusted Tilapia, Encrusted Wild Salmon and Parmesan Encrusted Flounder. SeaPak notes that both salmon items use wild-caught salmon certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.
