Engineered to temper frozen meat blocks to a precise temperature for slicing, grinding, forming and other operations, PSC’s TMW microwave tempering systems maintain a temperature variation within the block of less than +/-2°F exiting the system. The microwave power is precisely controlled through the HMI, with options for pre-set recipes. The modular design has 75 kW zones that can be added for additional capacity up to 300 kW. The systems are suitable for tempering poultry, pork and beef.
