Haskell Acquires Seiberling, Expands Industrial Process Engineering Services
Design-build firm Haskell, Jacksonville, Fla., completed the acquisition of Seiberling, a Beloit, Wis.-based engineering and technical consulting company providing process, clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) design and control system integration services to the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
The acquisition will increase levels of expertise in process engineering and control system integration at Haskell, which works with some of the world’s leading food, beverage and consumer products companies to develop highly efficient and cost-effective manufacturing facilities. Haskell is now positioned to be the premier provider of process engineering for the food and beverage, biotechnology/pharmaceutical and consumer products industries.
