Kayem Foods, Chelsea, Mass., launched a new all-natural artisan sausage line.
Made with premium cuts of pork sirloin blended with natural ingredients like pineapple, uncured bacon and fire-roasted jalapeno peppers, the lineup includes such varieties as Fire-Roasted Pepper Jack and Pineapple Uncured Bacon as well as the more traditional Andouille and Sweet Pepper Provolone.
