Stay Fresh Foods, Meriden, Conn., and its partner Avure Technologies, Middletown, Ohio, welcomed the arrival of its second high-pressure processing (HPP) system.
The 350-liter system makes for a 16,000-square-foot addition in Stay Fresh Foods’ facility, which provides necessary space for more efficient processing of juices, deli meats, wet salads, ready-to-eat meals and other HPP-treated foods and beverages.
