Los Angeles-based good culture introduced a new line of organic cottage cheese products, available in Strawberry Chia, Blueberry Açaí Chia, Sundried Tomato and Kalamata Olive varieties.
“We were tired of searching for great-tasting cottage cheese that wasn’t loaded with thickeners, stabilizers, hormones and high-fructose corn syrup sweetened flavors, so we decided to make our own,” says Jesse Merrill, co-founder. “Grandma’s cottage cheese/pineapple combo just wasn’t cutting it.”
