Cedar’s Mediterranean Foods, Inc., Ward Hill, Mass., introduced all-natural Sriracha and Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus.
The Sriracha kind is homemade and blended into the company’s original hommus base to create a spicy dip that’s great as a spread on a sandwich or as a veggie dip. The Balsamic Caramelized Onion variety combines small bits of caramelized onions with Balsamic vinegar.
