Survey outlines growth of on-the-go grocery packaging
The global convenient, on-the-go grocery packaging market is expected to grow robustly over the next five years, due to increasing consumer demand for single-serve packaged food and beverages, according to “The Global Executives Survey: Growth Prospects of On-The-Go-Grocery Packaging,” a survey produced by Markets Reports Store, India.
Busier lives and convenient packaging will drive the growth of the on-the-go grocery packaging market, the study shows. The majority of packaging executives believe that on-the-go grocery products will have high demand during morning hours on a weekday, with other executives identifying high demand for on-the-go grocery products during the afternoon and evening time on a weekend. Furthermore, the majority of packaging executives believe that consumers are occasionally willing to pay a premium for grocery products that can be consumed on-the-go.
