Kettle Cuisine, Lynn, Mass., acquired Del Monaco Foods, a privately held custom food manufacturing company based in Morgan Hill, Calif. This transaction represents the second acquisition completed by Kettle Cuisine since it was acquired by Kainos Capital in August 2015.
