Lineage Logistics acquires Consolidated Distribution Corp.

Lineage Logistics, a Colton, Calif.-based warehousing and logistics company sponsored by Bay Grove Capital LLC, San Francisco, acquired Consolidated Distribution Corp., a Lemont, Ill.-based third-party logistics and re-distribution company. With the acquisition of CDC, Lineage Logistics is said to be the largest customized re-distribution network in the United States.
Founded in 1990, CDC is a foodservice supply chain logistics provider, serving the retail and manufacturing industries, as well as foodservice franchisors and purchasing cooperatives. With access to multi-temperature warehouses in Illinois, Georgia and Texas, CDC also adds to Lineage Logistics’ facility network of over 600 million cubic feet across 113 facilities in 22 states.
