Food Logistics Forum discusses trends impacting supply chains
This year’s Food Logistics Forum will cover topics such as food safety, e-commerce, NAFTA and international trade and rising cold chain inventory levels, among others.
This year’s Food Logistics Forum, scheduled for June 4-6 at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Nev., will discuss trends and technologies impacting and advancing today’s supply chain.
Hosted by the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), McLean, Va., the conference will kick off with keynote speaker Bob Costello, chief economist for American Trucking Associations (ATA), Arlington, Va. Costello will deliver a 2017 economic update on the trends impacting supply chains.
