Newly introduced refrigerated, frozen snacks, appetizers & side dishes
The Kraft Heinz Co. and media icon Oprah Winfrey debuted O, That’s Good!, a line of four soups and four savory sides from Mealtime Stories, LLC, the joint venture between Kraft Heinz and Oprah Winfrey. Together, Kraft Heinz and Winfrey worked with a team of chefs to develop the new refrigerated brand using real ingredients and no artificial flavors or dyes. For example, the Original Mashed Potatoes feature mashed cauliflower instead of potato, while the Broccoli Cheddar Soup dons velvety butternut squash instead of cheese. The O, That’s Good! line section will be available in select grocery stores nationwide starting in October for a suggested retail price of $4.99 (for soups) and $4.49 (for sides).
Hormel Foods expanded its Hormel Natural Choice brand to include four new all-natural deli meat snacks, paired with cheddar or pepper jack cheese and a dark-chocolate confection. Varieties include Over-Roasted Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast and Oven-Roasted Chicken. Hormel Natural Choice snacks are available in stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $1.50-2 for a 2-ounce pack.
