A research report from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tenn., identifies seven ways to improve a company's chances of creating value from supply chain collaboration efforts.
"End-to-End Supply Chain Collaboration Best Practices," released by The Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee, is based on interviews with 17 companies across eight industries where faculty members consider innovative in the area of collaboration. Based on those interviews, The Global Supply Chain Institute identified seven collaboration best practices.
