The new facility will be more than 12 million cubic feet in size with approximately 40,000 racked pallet positions.
MTC Logistics, Baltimore, Md., purchased property located immediately adjacent to the Alabama State Port Authority’s (ASPA) container terminal, operated by APM Terminals, the Netherlands. MTC will build a state-of-the-art international temperature-controlled distribution center focused on import and export cargo.
