Cargill, TGI Friday’s develop frozen beef patties for retail
Cargill, Minneapolis, joined forces with TGI Friday’s, Dallas, Texas, to deliver new frozen beef patties in the retail space.
“This product was created for consumers. We see companies bringing their own brands to the frozen patty space, but our research indicates that consumers are more likely to try brands they can trust,” says Deborah Socha, value-added brand manager for Cargill’s protein business. “TGI Friday’s is a well-known brand with a multi-decade reputation for bold flavor and trusted quality.
