Roli Roti, a San Francisco-based food truck turned artisanal food production company, developed a new line of premium protein-based products.
Roli Roti Butcher's Salad Chicken is crafted under the sous vide cooking method, and comes in Salt & Pepper, Chile Limon and Lemon Pepper varieties, each formulated in partnership with Oaktown Spice, San Francisco.
"We are extremely proud to debut the Roli Roti Salad Chicken because there is nothing like it on the market," says Thomas Odermatt, founder. "We are committed to creating products that include only clean ingredients, and that deliver on taste and convenience. The Salad Chicken has only a handful of ingredients and no preservatives.
