Kalera, formerly known as Eco Convergence Group, Inc., Orlando, Fla., unveiled the HyCube modular hydroponic vegetable production system.
The HyCube’s data-driven, patent-pending hydroponic system is constructed in an illuminated modern structure right next to the Orlando World Center Marriott’s main kitchen. This HyCube growing system will grow produce such as lettuce, baby spinach, arugula, herbs, microgreens and edible flowers, as well as other leafy greens, all grown from organic, non-GMO seeds for its nine dining outlets and 450,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
