Industrias Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexico-based producer and processor of poultry and other food products, announced that through its subsidiary OK Foods acquired Alabama-based Albertville Quality Foods (AQF), Albertville, Ala.

Albertville Quality Foods acquired Sunrise Foods, adding more than $100 million in additional revenue to the combined company.

Tennessee Valley Ventures (TVV), a Southeast lower middle-market private equity firm, said it sold two of its food processing investments -- Albertville Quality Foods and Southern Quality Meats -- to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC.
