Greystone manufactures 30 varieties of grade-A frozen vegetables to 2,000 supermarkets nationwide.

Chicago-based Kenex Holdings announced that portfolio company Imperial Frozen Foods purchased 100% of the assets of Greystone Foods LLC, a Birmingham, Ala.-based manufacturer of Today’s Harvest branded and private label individually quick-frozen (IQF) vegetables.
This decision was based on the economies of a longer growing season, availability of production ground and plant capacities in Eastern Washington operations.
