Pulmuone Foods Co. Ltd., Fullerton, Calif., purchased substantially all of the assets of Vitasoy USA Inc., Ayer, Mass., which includes the Nasoya tofu brand.

Vitasoy USA, Inc., Ayer, Mass., expanded its Nasoya tofu brand to include TofuBaked, a line of marinated and fully cooked tofu.
