The new patented UltraSert-Plus manifest document printer and inserter by Integrated Systems Design, Wixom, Mich., can now print up to 3,000 personalized ISD manifest printerdocuments, bills, labels, instructions, promotional materials and RMAs, fold them and automatically insert them in boxes and totes.

Several integrated barcode scanners and readers with controls are integrated into the system to assure accuracy in milliseconds. Every order is scan verified to assure the proper documentation is being printed and inserted into the correct order, tote or container.

Multiple UltraSert units can be used in-line or parallel and comes with standard communications protocols for easy integration in new and existing facilities' order fulfillment operations.
