Cold Solutions at Rush Creek is near completion of a new 1-million-square-foot cold storage facility that will provide additional storage capacity for the Kansas City market beginning in 2022.   

The multi-temperature facility will have the ability to accommodate multiple food storage, manufacturing, and distribution customers with approximately 70,000 pallet positions. The natural limestone facility stretches across 80 acres with easy access to I-29, I-35, I-49, and I-70 and the Burlington Northern Intermodal yard.

Cold Solutions will offer a full spectrum of value-added services including blast freezing, meat boxing, exporting, tempering, shuttling, crossdocking, and much more.
